Argyle Real Estate Partners Welcomes Michael Cacciatore as Principal

 Tampa, FL: Argyle Real Estate Partners (Argyle), a real estate investment firm focused on multifamily acquisitions in the southeast and Texas, today announced Mike Cacciatore as Principal for the firm. 

“Mike has demonstrated a keen ability to manage deal flow, identify emerging markets, and work through challenging transitions to maximize opportunities for investors throughout his career,” said Ryan Reyes, CEO for Argyle Real Estate Partners. “His capabilities will prove essential in determining lucrative investments that will optimize our portfolio and continue to drive the firm forward.” 

Cacciatore launched his real estate career with Raymond James as a real estate investment banking analyst where he was active in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public equity and debt offerings, and private placement for both REIT client and private real estate operators. Most recently, he served as a Director of Acquisitions for the US Division of a Switzerland based, international real estate company with over $5B AUM, where he drove the acquisition of over $700M in assets adding 5100 units to the company’s portfolio. Cacciatore obtained his BS in Business Administration, with a focus on Real Estate and Corporate Finance, from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
